The Story of Stuff

A few months ago when I was first begining to change my mindset I came to the conclusion that most of our lives are spent paying Stuff support.  The link above leads to a great site and video.

Yes, I like to have the nice things in life.  But the more I look at some of those things I think Why, and what cost.  Some things you purchase and leads to the need to purchase other things.  Case in point would be working at a 9-5 office job.

you need a car to get to the job, results car payment, gas, insurnace and parking costs.    Then there are the clothing to be apropriatly atired for the position. Then there is food most of the time  lunches out.  Other things are trade groups and associations, extra educations and seminars that you might have to pay for.

The less stuff you feel you need, the less income you will need to earn.  The less income that you need to ear, the more FREE you are.
